Originally constructed in 2007 to Holden Ford designs, new owners commissioned us to fully renovate the property to suit their taste and the specific needs of their family. In addition to replacing finishes, refitting bathrooms and providing new bespoke joinery throughout the property, we made key interventions to the layout.
In the open plan family room to the rear, we introduced a double-sided fireplace, subtlety dividing the room into a kitchen dining area and more cosy sitting area whilst retaining a spacious feel. A new kitchen was enhanced by forming a large pantry space, whilst a new bootroom provides much needed organisation and storage for modern family life. One of the front rooms is given over to a study that can double as a guest bedroom, with bespoke bookshelves concealing access to an en-suite bathroom carved out from the rear of the garage.
At first floor a new gym was provided, and in the basement a new wine cellar and sauna have been created. We also oversaw the landscaping works with new terraces and outdoor swimming pool.
In addition, we upgraded the ground source heat pump with the latest technology and introduced LED lighting to further improve the energy efficiency of the home.
