KNIGHTSBRIDGE

LONDON

Located in a conservation area, this Grade-II listed Georgian townhouse in Knightsbridge sensitively combines an historical building with a contemporary extension. This stepped single and two storey extension to the rear opens up the dining area in the basement and forms a mezzanine reading area over the double height space, all of which are flooded with daylight through the new rooflights above. The property was also extended at roof level with a new a slated mansard and lead dormers, as well as internal alterations which completely remodelled the interior to suit the new owner’s family requirements.
