This whole house refurbishment project transformed a 1990’s detached house to reveal it's full potential. 

 

On the ground floor the original cellular rooms were opened up, the internal garage incorporated, and a carefully detailed rear extension added.  The new layout provides a formal reception room and study to the front, then a playroom, utility and pantry, and to the rear a full width open plan family room with elegant slim framed sliding doors that afford generous views of the stunning landscaped gardens.  The views and natural light from the doors are now visible from the entrance (via new glazed crittall style doors to the end hall) and draw you into the home.

In the basement, the existing dark utility room has been replaced with a luxurious home cinema room with built in joinery and bar.
